HOTEL POLICY

  • STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ROOM.
  • Pinegrove Mountain Lodge is a NON-SMOKING AREA. (kindly coordinate the Front desk for the designated smoking area.
  • No bringing of Pets, ice coolers and foul odor fruits such as Durian.
  • Bringing of foods/drinks inside the HOTEL/ROOM is strictly prohibited. Corkage: Php. 300.00/FOOD/DRINK/PIECE
  • Restaurant is until 9PM only. Last taking of order for dinners is 8:30PM.
  • Breakfast will be served from 7:00AM - 10:00AM.
  • Keycards and Manual keys MUST be returned upon check-out.
  • Lost keycard will be charged Php. 150.00 and Manual key is Php. 1,000.00
  • Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 12nn.
  • GUEST REGISTRATION: We require valid contact information from the guest making the reservations including first and last name, address, phone number and signature3
  • Must not exceed with the number(#) of persons limited per room. Considered as extra-person : P500/PERSON
  • Front desk and Housekeeping assistance is until 10PM only.
  • NO IN-ROOM PARTY: No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises.
  • WIFI & CABLE TV SIGNALS: WIFI and cable tv signals are subjected to change without notice depending on the room's location.
  • DAMAGE TO MATTRESSES AND BEDDING: Damage to mattresses and linen including: towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge of Php. 500.00.
  • DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY: You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel's premises.
  • ADDITIONAL BEDDING: Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis for all rooms.
  • QUITE HOURS: 8:30PM - 7:00AM.
  • NO-COOKING, COOKING APPLIANCES, COMBUSTIBLE OR FIREWORKS: Open fires, flames or cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on hotel property.
  • UNCLAIMED ITEMS/NO CONTACT: Lost and Found are held for fourteen (14) days while we attempt to contact the guest.
  • ALCOHOL POLICY: Alcohol is not allowed in public areas such as lobby, hot tub, halls, etc.

CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION/NO SHOW

  1. Once a booking has been confirmed, the 20% down-payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, and cancellations will not be allowed. Changes in the date are only allowed if made at least three (3) days before, for any changes in your booking. Otherwise, your 20% down-payment WILL BE FORFEITED.
  2. Cancellation made after booking will be subject to 20% cancellation fee.
  3. On payments made in FULL for more than night: if you have booked for more than one night, and use only the first night or cancel the succeeding night/s, payments made for the unused nights are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may convert the equivalent amount to food or rides within Dahilayan Adventure Park and Pinegrove Hotel only.
  4. During Peak Season: Deposits or payments made for HOLY WEEK and Peak Dates (Dec. 15, Present to Jan 5, the next year) will be NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CONVERTIBLE to foods or rides.
  5. In case cancellation is due to FORTUITOUS EVENTS, force majeure or Acts of God as defined by Law, both parties will make an agreement for re-scheduling. If re-scheduling is not possible due to time and/or occupancy constraint, both parties will make a settlement and restitution taking consideration that none is at fault.
  6. In case of NO SHOW, the FULL amount of the total package shall be collected.
